John Donahue-Grossman earned a B.S. in Communications from Illinois State University. For 23 years, John has served the Kingdom in a variety of roles. Most recently, he was Director of Development for St. Francis H.S. in Wheaton, Illinois, where he was responsible for fundraising and public relations. He has been a Religion Teacher, Theology Department Chair, Parish Youth Minister and a Retreat Director. He has a Youth Ministry Certificate from Loyola University and studied theology at Catholic Theological Union in Chicago, Illinois. Additionally, John has shared the Gospel through talks, parish missions and retreats. He is best known for his portrayal of a homeless man that led to his reception of the Columbian Squires Award for service to the Illinois Columbian Squires and the greater Church. He has been married to Laureen since 1987 and has 3 children.
