Paul J. Clementi
Litigation Partner • Hinshaw & Culbertson
Paul J. Clementi is a Litigation Partner at the law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson. He graduated from The University of Illinois with a degree in Political Science and Finance. In 1991, He graduated from Marquette University Law School. Commercial, employment, and medical litigation is the focus of his legal practice. Paul and his wife, Mette, have six children. They attend St. John Neumann Parish in St. Charles, Illinois.
Sean Gallagher

Sean Gallagher received a B.A. and M.A. in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana. From 1993-1995, he worked for Otis Associates Architects in Schaumburg, Illinois as an intern architect. In the fall of 1995, Sean passed the State license exam and became a registered architect. He left Otis Associates to practice architecture with Javore and Associates Architects in Glencoe, Illinois. From 1995-2004, Sean worked at Javore and Associates overseeing the administration of junior architects and the design and construction of residential architecture on Chicago’s North Shore. In the summer of 2004, Sean opened his own practice, which includes new homes, additions, and remodelings to historic properties in the Fox Valley Area and Chicago’s North Shore. In addition his private practice, Sean also serves as a full time instructor at Judson University in their School of Art Design and Architecture. Sean has been married to his wife Janet since August of 1990. They have a son Jonah and a daughter Sarah and live in Geneva, Illinois.
Eric Groth

Eric Groth received a B.A. in Christian Education from Florida Southern College and an M.A. in Christian Counseling from Franciscan University. From 1993-97 he served as Director of Campus Ministry at Boylan Central Catholic High School in Rockford, Illinois. From 1997-2002, he worked as Director of Outbreak Programs for Cultivation Ministries, a nationally known youth ministry consulting and resource organization. There he oversaw the development and implementation of their large group evangelistic rallies, retreats, and summer discipleship camps. In July 2002, Eric launched Big Grin Studios, Inc., a production company that produces promotional, educational, and training videos for small businesses, churches, schools, and other not-for-profit organizations. He has been married to his wife, Becky, for 18 years and has seven children - Jacob, Benjamin, Emmanuel, Rachel, Elijah, Judah, and Daniel. Listen to Eric on American Catholic Radio!
Joe Regan
Psychologist • Retired
Joe Regan graduated from Benedictine University (then St. Procopius College) with a B.A. in Philosophy. Subsequent to this, he earned an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from DePaul University and an M.S. in Correctional Counseling from Chicago State University. His professional career was spent with the Illinois Department of Corrections, Juvenile Prison System, initially as a Psychologist and later as a Casework Supervisor. He retired in 1997, but has remained involved in the juvenile prison system as a volunteer coordinating weekly prayer groups. He has been married to his wife, Terri, since 1993.
Terri Regan

Terri Regan graduated from Roosevelt University, Chicago with a B. A. in Finance. After working in the corporate environment for several years, she opened a franchise business, Heavenly Ham, in St. Charles, Illinois. In 1994, she took a position on the staff at St. John Neumann Catholic Church in St. Charles, became the parish Business Manager in 1997, and served in that position for 10 years. Currently, Terri is the office manager for Wm. Wright & Associates, Inc. She has been married to her husband, Joe, since 1993, has a son and two grandchildren, and lives in Geneva, Illinois.
Greg Schildmeyer

Greg Schildmeyer graduated from the United States Naval Academy with a B.S. in Systems Engineering. He served the Marine Corps on active duty for seven years, attaining the rank of Captain. After departing active duty, he worked as a Medical Sales Rep in the Chicago area. He has worked in the manufacturing operations management field for the last 11 years, and currently works for the William Wrigley Company. He has a M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. He married the former Jill Motley in 1994 and they have resided in St. Charles, Illinois for 12 years. He and Jill have been blessed with four children - Megan, Emily, Kate, and Luke.

Bob Tardella, a public accountant and business consultant, owns and operates Tardella & Company in St. Charles, Illinois. He and his wife, Colleen, live in St. Charles and have two college-age children.
Rick Yager

Rick Yager received a Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. Following his graduation in 1994, he accepted a position with Lydon & Associates, a graphic design firm in Northbrook, Illinois. Rick now has over 12 years of service with Lydon & Associates as a Senior Designer and Art Director. Through Lydon he has worked with many large corporations across the country and internationally including Harris Bank, Rust-Oleum Corporation, Merrill Lynch, E*Trade and Harley-Davidson Financial Services. In 2003 Rick started Rick Yager Design, to facilitate his own freelance ventures. Rick has been married to his wife, Debbie, for 7 years and has three wonderful children, Lorelai, Jack, and Cole.
Deacon Bill Johnson

Bill Johnson is a youth consultant and guest speaker for a variety of youth groups and organizations across the Midwest. He has spent over twenty-five years working with teens, college students and families. Bill has given countless keynote presentations for the Illinois Teen Institute, Snowball, Snowflake and other leadership camps. He has developed and presented educational programs for teachers, parents and teens, and has given numerous talks at area youth and adult rallies and workshops. Bill also spent over 20 years in the music industry. As Promotion/Marketing Director for CBS, A&M, and Arista Records in the Midwest, he promoted and marketed music, artists, and radio and TV clients. Bill has a Bachelors Degree in Communications and a Masters Degree in Youth Studies from Loyola University and is presently working as a teacher and Director of Service at Marmion Academy, a private boy’s high school located in Aurora, Illinois. Bill is married and has two adult children.
